We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or request a refund. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers.

Our policy is designed to be customer-friendly while maintaining the integrity of our products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or requesting a return.

By purchasing from Naptico Green Energy Solars, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must not be damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective
  • Installation services are non-refundable once completed
Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage not covered under warranty may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team
Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
  • If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount
  • For orders paid by cash or check, refunds will be issued via check or bank transfer

Non-Refundable Items

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the product has been shipped

  • Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun
  • Installation services scheduled more than 48 hours in advance can be cancelled with a full refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee

Shipping Costs for Returns

Our policy on shipping costs for returns is as follows:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
  • For large items such as solar panels, special shipping arrangements may be required. Please contact our customer service team for assistance
For high-value items, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect all products upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage or defects
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return or replacement process

Restocking Fees

In certain circumstances, a restocking fee may apply to returned products:

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to products that are returned in used condition or with damaged packaging
  • Customized or special-order products may be subject to higher restocking fees or may not be eligible for return
  • Large items such as solar panels may be subject to special restocking fees due to handling and storage requirements
  • No restocking fee will apply to returns due to defects or errors on our part
